This project idea arose from being around camps in previous years and sparking my interest in having the opportunity to teach athletes what I have been able to learn throughout the years of playing football. Once I knew this is the what I wanted to do for my Edge project, I spoke with our defensive line coach who is in charge of most of the planning and scheduling involved with the camp. He was able to find times for me to work with the athletes and work as a referee during the scrimmages that take place everyday during the camp weeks. The pictures below were taken during different scrimmages throughout the camp. There were a total of twenty different teams that attended the two team camps and an additional one hundred plus kids that went to the individual skills camp.
